Presenting complaint: Patient reports widespread joint aches and feeling tired all the time for the last 4 weeks. No red flags, no recent flu symptoms

Examination findings: BP 135/85mmHg, Pulse 68bpm. No generalised lymphadenopathy. 

Plan: Blood tests arranged; advice given regarding worsening symptoms. Follow-up with results
