The above-named patient was seen at the out-of-hours service yesterday with a four-day history of bloody urine. He was clinically well, with no dysuria, abdominal pain, or systemic symptoms. Urine dipstick showed 1+ blood, with no leucocytes or nitrites. No treatment required at the time. He was advised to follow up with his GP for further assessment
