Presenting complaint: Patient Reports worsening lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) despite being on tamsulosin. 

Examination: PR exam- enlarged prostate, no masses, no tenderness. Urinalysis- clear 

Plan: PSA, HBA1C, U+E’s, urine culture, Discuss further after results
