History: Known COPD, well controlled, good inhaler technique.

Reports some SOB on exertion, although mild, no red flags,

Recent spirometry shows no decline. Not a smoker and no recent flare.

Plan: continue ongoing management, advise to book appointment with GP to discuss SOB.

Patient booked telephone consultation to discuss some concerns.
