Presenting complaint: Patient came in for annual routine bloods to monitor thyroid function and overall health
Examination findings: BP 125/70 BMI 28.7
Patient tolerated procedure.
Plan: Patient was advised that she would be contacted once her results were available, to be informed whether any issues were identified.
Blood Test Summary:
TSH, U+Es, LFTs, HbA1c were all within normal limits and marked as “No Further Action Required” by Dr Native Barnes.
The patient was sent a text message requesting that she book an appointment to discuss her full blood count results and was also advised to continue taking her levothyroxine as prescribed.
