History: Recent X-ray confirmed osteoarthritis of right knee.

Patient says pain is not controlled with topical ibuprofen and sometimes affects her at night. No red flags, walking freely and not limping.

Plan: Start on Amitriptyline 25mg nocte. Worsening advice given.
